Dear Readers,

Ah, December.

For some of us, this new month brings many nights snuggled up with a mug of hot chocolate and movies like Love Actually and Elf. For the majority of seniors, however, December means peak stress season as we scramble to finish our regular applications in time for the January 1st deadline.

If you’ve been keeping up with us, you probably noticed the sudden dip in article output – I apologize deeply. I had an issue waiting for approval and neglected it due to overwhelming school responsibilities. I have finally set time aside to work on it and present to you what should have been our November issue.

And as such, sadly some of our News & Academics and Sports & Tech articles are out-of-date. I have decided to go ahead with publishing them purely due to how well written they are, and I hope you take a look at them even though their relevance has diminished.

On a happier note, Thanksgiving recently passed and we all got a wonderful break from school. This was a time for us seniors to focus on our college applications and get some much-needed rest. This Thanksgiving I’m thankful for my family, friends, school, food, and of course, Teen 10.

I hope everyone finishes school strong – winter break is almost here, and it tastes faintly of peppermint and cinnamon.
